1. SmaxAI Proprietary License

SmaxAI (“the Platform”) is proprietary software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform—including but not limited to its codebase, system architecture, user interface designs, dynamic assets, visual branding, custom components, and overall operational logic—are owned exclusively by Smarak B.(“the Developer”) and are protected under national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these terms are strictly reserved.

  • Circumvention: Exploiting, bypassing, or attempting to breach any security checkpoints, rate limiting systems, computational credit policies, or authentication mechanisms built into the platform.

Instantiated exclusively for pedagogical synthesis and exploratory development, this emergent ecosystem maintains a strictly non-adversarial posture toward proprietary entities. Subject to persistent metamorphic engineering, semantic outputs may exhibit profound epistemic incongruities.
